Q. How do I get an account with Coastal Wellbeing?
A. Just send us an email or give us a call and we will explain everything you need to know about setting up an account with Coastal Wellbeing.
Q. What are the benefits of being a DXN Member and how do I join?
A. If you 'sign up' as a DXN member, you get the DXN products at member prices. Choose one of the three membership options available, fill out the form at the checkout and we do the rest. Supply us with phone numbers we can contact you on during business hours just in case we need additional information. For more information on membership, see our DXN member page.
Q. What is your 'returns' policy?
A. If a product is at fault upon delivery, e.g. broken, we will replace the product upon receiving the affected item. Sorry, we can not accept returns if you just change your mind.
Q. Do you deliver to locations outside Australia?
A. Yes. However as postage varies greatly from country to country and is also governed by weight, we cannot quote the postage until contacting Australia Post. We will advise on costs via e-mail and will not process charges until we get your authority.
Q. What will be the cost of shipping for my order?
A. Shipping charges are based mainly on the total weight of your order. However, larger items may incur extra charges. As a general rule, the cost of smaller orders range from $7.00 - $10.00. Larger orders can cost from $15.00. See our postage guidelines below.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. For orders to be delivered within Australia, we use the Overnight Express service of Australia Post. Therefore, if we recieve your order by 4:00pm (weekdays) we can process it in time for the last post and you should receive it the next day. However, we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, but we can certainly follow up the progress of orders in transit. We have recently employed the use of Couriers Please, who are quite reasonable, but deliver to major metropolitan areas only - see our postage guidelines below.
